Steph Curry recently shared his thoughts on the Warriors’ goals for the upcoming 2024-2025 NBA season during a media day.
Instead of setting grand objectives like winning a championship, Curry emphasized the importance of staying “relevant” early on, allowing the team to compete and reassess as the season progresses. Acknowledging the changes in the team, including the loss of key veteran Klay Thompson, Curry highlighted the addition of experienced players like Buddy Hield, Kyle Anderson, and De’Anthony Melton as positive moves but remained cautious about setting high expectations. He stressed that while the Warriors have a strong culture and system, the team must remain open to evolving and adapting to its strengths and weaknesses this season.
