Breaking: Steelers Make Bold Move, Sign Former Buccaneers Safety Ahead of Crucial Week 6 Clash!

The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off their bye week, and it couldn’t have gone better. All three AFC North teams lost in Week 5, giving the Steelers a bigger lead in the division as they prepare to host the Cleveland Browns. Ahead of that, they have signed a new safety to their practice squad.

The Steelers are signing safety Jack Henderson, the team announced on Monday. The rookie out of Minnesota had three interceptions in his two years with the Golden Gophers. He has spent time with the Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2025, and now heads to Pittsburgh.

The Steelers have question marks surrounding Jalen Ramsey, as he suffered an injury in the team’s win in Dublin. We’ll hopefully receive an update on the star defensive back sooner rather than later.
