North Tama Gymnast Bexley Stechcon Shines at USTA Nationals

 

Rising Fourth Grader Secures Impressive Finishes in Double-Mini Trampoline and Trampoline Events

In a remarkable display of skill and determination, North Tama’s Bexley Stechcon made her mark at the 2024 United States Trampoline & Tumbling Association (USTA) National Championships in Louisville, Kentucky. The rising fourth grader competed against the nation’s best young gymnasts, securing notable finishes in the Double-Mini Trampoline and Trampoline events.

 

Stechcon’s impressive performance began on June 21, 2024, in the Girls Age 8 category, Double-Mini Trampoline Beginner. She finished 26th overall with a combined score of 35.4, showcasing her talent and potential. Within her flight, Stechcon secured an impressive eighth place, demonstrating her ability to hold her own among nearly 80 competitors.

 

The following day, Stechcon took to the trampoline, competing in the Girls Age 8 category, Trampoline Beginner. She tied for 21st overall with a combined score of 15.5, further solidifying her standing among the nation’s top young gymnasts.

 

Stechcon’s achievements at the USTA Nationals are a testament to her dedication, hard work, and passion for the sport. Her performance has made her a standout in the gymnastics community, and her future in the sport looks bright.
