The game’s last offensive drive saw Jordan Love fall down with a knee injury, and the Green Bay Packers almost missed losing in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season.
Love’s MCL sprain diagnosis forced him to play week-to-week; nevertheless, the Packers have listed him as questionable for their Week 3 matchup with the Tennessee Titans.
Love is still considered a long shot to play given the severity of his injury, though his questionable designation seems to infer that he is nearing a return much sooner than expected.
Fortunately, Green Bay might not need Love to play as Tennessee has largely struggled with its offensive efficiency through two weeks.
The Titans overhauled their roster in the offseason in hopes of competing for a playoff spot, but it appears that they might be another year away before being considered a serious threat.
Meanwhile, it appears that Green Bay’s special teams unit might not be 100 percent as kicker Brayden Narveson is dealing with a foot injury via Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
“The #Packers also added kicker Brayden Narveson (right foot) to the injury report, but he has no game-status designation and will play Sunday,” Pelissero reported.
